Thanksgiving, One Plate at a Time

Thanksgiving 2009

Earl Grey-Cranberry Relish, Roast Turkey with Prunes and Kumquats, Grammy’s Cauliflower Gratiné, Straight-Up Cornbread Dressing, Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls, and more…

For those who have asked for some of the recipes for this meal, the Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls came from Epicurious.com. We found the honey butter recipe could be cut in half or use leftovers for pancakes, biscuits, or the rolls….there’s more than enough.

The lovely Earl Grey-infused Cranberry Relish recipe was suggested by author and food lover, Amy Traverso. Thanks, Amy.

Wow! Prunes and kumquats – sounds as good as it looks. Where can I get the recipe for the cauliflower? Great photo, Dan!
