		<description>Recently, we&#039;ve had two summer cocktails in rotation at our house: Buffalo Rock ginger ale &amp; Bulleit bourbon with bruised mint (kind of a spicy julep)

and a dressed-up g+t: a slice of lime and a slice of cucumber (seeds removed) muddled in a glass, ice, gin, and tonic. Garnish with extra lime, if you like (I do).

The rose confit sounds incredible...especially with bubbly—my all-time fave!</description>
